In this new client Scolio-Pilates®️ appointment we will do a full assessment, discuss goals, go over x-rays and begin with a few exercises. Creating a plan that will be designed for you and your body. What movement is best for you, how to take care of your scoliosis at home, massage and so much more. This session is required before taking regular scheduled Scolio-Pilates®️ session.

Scolio-Pilates offers scoliosis-specific exercises customized for your body. These 1-on-1 sessions are designed with your goals in mind to reduce pain and create body awareness.

Meet Erin, our dedicated student teacher. Currently pursuing her 500-hour certification in Pilates, Erin brings a wealth of experience from her background in Yoga. She is passionate about integrating Pilates to enhance the well-being of individuals facing various challenges.
If you are dealing with back pain, have difficulty with core strength, or struggle with balance and overall strength, Erin is ready to support you in your journey toward better health. With her holistic approach, she aims to empower and guide you through tailored practices that promote relief and strength.

Heather is proficient in a variety of movement techniques that complement your physical therapy sessions. By integrating practices such as Somatic Healing, yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and other movement methods, Heather helps clients cultivate a deeper awareness of their bodies, which can lead to improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. This holistic approach not only aids in alleviating scoliosis symptoms but also fosters a sense of empowerment through movement.
